There is rarely a socket where you want light in a garden, which is the whole point of these. Each clear balloon is 45 cm across and holds a 3 m warm white LED string inside, powered by two AA batteries, so you can hang them in a pergola, along a fence or up in a tree with no extension lead trailing over the lawn. They barely show in daylight, so you can put them up the day before without the garden looking untidy.

Battery powered on 2 AA cells: no cables on the grass and no outdoor socket needed
