Delivery is free on all orders — no minimum spend. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
How long does it take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and delivered within 3–7 working days after dispatch — 4–10 business days in total. Orders placed before 8:00 PM (CET) are processed the same day, and we dispatch seven days a week, including weekends.
Carriers
We ship with DHL, DPD and PostNL. The carrier for your order is shown in your shipping confirmation.
Bank holidays and busy periods
Delivery times are estimates. During bank holidays, product launches and promotions, parcels can take a little longer.
Damaged or missing?
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us straight away via the contact page with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or refund you in full.
