How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and delivered within 3–7 working days after that — 4–10 business days in total. We dispatch seven days a week.
Is delivery free?
Yes. UK delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend.
Can I return something if it does not suit my room?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return an unused item in its original packaging. See our returns page for the steps.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we will replace or refund it — including the return postage.
Are your lights suitable for UK electrics?
Our lights are supplied for 220–240V mains. The fitting type (E27, GU10, integrated LED) is listed in the specifications on every product page. If you are unsure, ask us before ordering.
Do the lights come with bulbs?
Lights with an integrated LED do not need bulbs. For lights with a standard fitting, the product page states whether a bulb is included.
Can I dim the lights?
Only lights marked as dimmable can be dimmed. Some are dimmed with a remote, others with a compatible wall dimmer; the product page says which.
Do I need an electrician?
Hard-wired ceiling and wall lights should be installed by a qualified electrician. Plug-in floor and table lamps, and everything else in the store, need no installation.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, until it has been processed for shipment. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
How do I reach you?
