Pruning hedges or handling rough timber is hard on your forearms, and these elastic sleeves put a layer of cut-resistant fibre between your skin and the job. At around 40 cm long they cover from wrist to elbow, and the thumb holes plus hook-and-loop fastenings stop them sliding down as you work. The breathable fabric means you can keep them on for a whole afternoon.
