Product description

Cast iron holds heat steadily, which is exactly what stir-frying asks for: a pan that stays hot when cold ingredients hit it. The deep bowl shape lets you toss and turn without spilling over the sides, and with the lid on you can move from searing to simmering or steaming in the same pan. Works on gas, induction and ceramic hobs, and goes into the oven.

Cast iron construction for even heat distribution and long heat retention
Deep wok shape for easy tossing
Suitable for gas, induction and ceramic hobs, and oven safe
Lid options: no lid, wooden lid or glass lid
Two sizes: 24 cm and 26 cm

Choose your size and lid, and take more control of the heat.
